11" x 2" x 12" with 15" cloth round handles vintage 

Description

Item shows no wear, but does show a bit of its age. Colors are bright and vivid. No damages to cloth, Velcro closure needs a bit of stitching to keep attached.  Lining and internal zipper like new. 

I suspect this is from the 1980s.
