I have 5 for sale.  I installed this in my home theatre.  Very nice picture. I did not purchase the black masking tape, I used black material to mask off the screen.  The projector (Epson Home Cinema 1080p 3LCD) is located 14' from the screen.  The shipping packaging is very good, the screen is rolled (not folded) around a sturdy plastic pipe, and enclosed in a cardboard tube.   Please refer to the info in the photo's.  further information available on google.
