Named "Lugia and the three birds" featuring Zapdos, Articuno and Moltres. This is an extremely rare item sold in Japan as part of the promo for the movie, and the one of the only ones available on eBay.

You can check online for it's authenticity and rarity, it's almost impossible to get ahold of one.
