1960s Men's Benrus Manual Wind Watch

This is a nice men's Benrus manual wind watch, made in Switzerland sometime during the 1960s. The 17 jewel Model DN25 / ETA 1281 movement has been cleaned and oiled, and the watch is running well and keeping accurate time. The dial is in good overall condition for its age - note there is some spotting and patina throughout, and some scratches on the seconds dial - likely from the second hand scraping against the dial from improper attachment. The gold electroplated cushion shaped case has been cleaned and polished, and shows only minor surface scratches from past use and no gold loss or erosion to be seen anywhere.  A brand new acrylic crystal has been installed.  A brand new brown lizard calf strap has been installed.  Overall, the watch is in very good condition and ready to wear!  Please see pictures for more details, and feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase.

Please keep in mind that it takes a lot of my time, money, and knowledge to get these watches in reliable, running order and to make them look the best they can. I believe I am listing each watch at a fair market value -- I take the time to do a lot of research, and frequently check the "going rate" for watches that are similar to what I am offering. As a result, I am happy to accept REASONABLE offers, but expect that in most cases, I will only knock off $5.00 from my original asking price. Thank you for your understanding.

I do combine shipping -- all items purchased at the same time will be shipped together in one box for a flat $6.00 fee. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and when you check out, you should see one $6.00 flat shipping charge.

Send me a message if for any reason you see shipping charges greater than $6.00 so that I can send you a refund of the excess.
