This antique medical tool is a blood letting fleam knife manufactured by Joseph Rogers and Sons. It features a brass handle and was used in surgical procedures. I think there may even be some material left on the blades... Interesting to say the least.
One of the spade blades has a broken tip. Otherwise intact, working condition with antique patina.
