BOLEITE: Boleo, near Santa Rosalia, Baja California, Mexico. Dimensions: 0.8 x 0.7 x 0.65 cm, thumbnail. A sharp, single cubic crystal of this extremely rare potassium-lead-silver-copper chloride species. This crystal has exceptional luster, great cubic form and is complete 360 degrees. The Boleite is a deep, rich blue and actually has a large darker core and a 0.5 to 1mm just slightly lighter blue rim that can be seen in the photos indicating there is an internal phantom which is very rare to ever see in these! It is a superb example of the species, large enough to hold its own as a significant thumbnail specimen, not just a representative piece as are most. Exceptional, especially for the price! Buyer pays USPS Priority Mail shipping. Thank you for reviewing this listing and see my other items!
