A beautiful, very rare Hammond "Asbury" electric time clock.  This bakelite clock is in such incredible condition.  It has a bakelite case, beautiful face that is in incredible condition... beautiful, clear glass face... The numerals are of such a strong Art Deco design.  I have kept this clock proudly displayed in my clock collection... I have not had it plugged in very much, therefore it works sporadically.  I have plugged it in off and on over these last few days, preparing to list it for auction... it ran beautifully and kept perfect time for about 12 hours, then I unplugged it to move it for photos... and when I plugged it back in, it was sluggish again.  It did run again, then stopped.  So I am going to say that it probably needs to be cleaned and serviced, but it does work when it's in the mood too!  :)

The photos don't really do this rare time piece justice.  I have watched for these and they do not come up often!  Grab this one while it is available, because I don't think you'll find another in this condition anytime soon!

Bit with confidence... I am selling this only because I have too many things and am downsizing.  I will have a difficult time packing this one up...
