Beautiful expert crochet work. The main body is a mesh pattern, with tiny pink crocheted roses. The back of the bonnet that cradles the head is a swirling star/flower. It fastens at the chin with a satin ribbon, which is lightly frayed from knotting.
The ecru color varies slightly from age, but this probably could be remedied with a gentle soaking.
