This dates from the mid century c1960s and was made in Sweden by Joe Gantofta,and this was designed and painted by Anita Nylund.
The Biscuit jar is made of ceramic material with a wooden teak lid and features a beautiful blend of colours that exude a retro vibe with a wooden knop on the top .
It has a rubber seal which still forms a good seal to keep the contents airtight .
This measures 6.5 inches tall and measures 5.75 inches across its diameter .
There are the impressed seal marks on the base and a green “ R” .
It is in excellent condition with no chips cracks or restoration . The wood could do with a polish .
