This is the Minolta 200mm f/4.5, from the final MC line of Minolta lenses (1973-1974).
The optics of the lens are fantastic, the body looks fine. The only thing of note is that the lens mount part has some scuffing that you can see in the third photo. It's on the inner part so it doesn't really matter since this doesn't make any contact with the body, it's the other side that actually makes contact with the camera mount. 
200mm isn't a crazy long focal length but on my digital camera I was able to get a photo of the moon after cropping a bit in post. The lens is nicely light actually and the focus ring feels great so it's not difficult to get focus with. I will say that if you're using it on a digital camera that isn't full frame you'll definitely want IBIS.
