The graphics card was working, then the computer hadn't been used for a few months and then when I tried to used it there was no display output.

Further testing done: I have connected the card as a second card and the system fails to recognise it in Windows' Device Manager. I could see that there was a spot of corrosion on one of the contacts which I carefully removed (see picture) but the card still fails to be recognised. I can't see any other issues on the back of the PCB. Otherwise, the cooler works fine.

I will package this carefully.
