No RAM is included (requires DDR2). No CPU cooler/heatsink is included.

The board works but after every time it is powered off it reports CMOS Checksum Bad and I have to go into the BIOS to reset things. I have replaced the CMOS battery but the issue remains. Otherwise the board would run Windows fine.

The capacitors look ok.

The front of the board states it is an MS-7260 Ver : 1.0 / K9N Neo, while the label on the back states K9N Neo-F.
