Book is in excellent condition.  It's crisp and clean -- no writing or highlighting.  There are a few small black smudges on the backcover of the book itself.  Includes original slipcase with a numbered sticker (#109 out of 740).  Slipcase has some very minor skufs mainly on the very bottom, but is overall in great shape.

Limited first edition copy signed by the film's producer and directors, as well as the president of Disney feature animation.
