British Millenium #2 Red Transferware 8 Inch Plate Circa 1830-1860

Antique British earthenware plate in the Millenium #2 pattern in red transfer. Marked on the reverse Millenium. The Millenium was produced by Ralph Stevenson and also possibly by J&G Meakin. The #2 version is considered to be maker unknown. Probably circa 1830 to 1860.

Has crazing typical of earthenware and some glaze wear along the edge, but otherwise good condition.

Measures approximately 8 inches wide.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
