Typed inside reads Third Edition though the cover says 1900 Philadelphia. The Red on the cover is bright.  There is a Semi Circle where something was put on the bottom left hand corner of the cover.  The booklet has tight binding. It has recipes as well as kitchen gadgets and their prices, discussed throughout the booklet. It's approximately 78 pages. (so larger for a booklet)

I love the picture of the woman on the cover.
