I think they are especially suited to the Food Industry,

ie, Bakery’s, Delicatessen’s, Food Fairs, Farmers Markets Ect

They are Brand New and their measurements are approximately 25” long X 16.5” wide,

The external height is about 2.5 inches at the front and 4” at the back,

They come with Plastic inserts that I’d guess you would use to Raise the trays at the back,
