Hand Blown in Mold Ribbon Strand Art Glass Bud Vase.  No chips or cracks.  Remnants of original maker's sticker on bottom.  Research on the sticker compared to others is that it says that it is hand blown.  On-line references suggest that this was by a 1980's Japanese maker.

10-1/2" tall 2-3/4" bottom, 1-1/4" top opening.

Interesting multi color ribbon strand glass similar to what's seen in marbles.
