Items that are marked as used are typically in like new condition, if there are noticeable problems with the item then they will be marked and added to the description.
Mystery Pins that are used and said to have just been pulled from the bag or box are just that, fresh out of the box. These are not considered new as they are no longer sealed in the box.
Pins that are pictured on backer cards include the card, Pins that are NOT shown on backer cards DO NOT include the backer card.
