Offered is a delightful Murano glass bowl featuring pulegoso glass and the sommerso technique. The bowl shows pink pulegoso glass on the top, white pulegoso glass underneath the pink, and then the underside is submerged (sommerso) in clear glass with freeform undulations. As expected with Pulegoso glass, the pink portion is uneven/bumpy due to the air bubbles (some bursted) pushing through the surface. This is normal for Pulegoso glass. The bowl is in excellent vintage condition. I cannot find any chips or cracks. There is wear to the ground flat and polished base, and as mentioned previously there are burst air bubbles inherent to Pulegoso glass. As this is a vintage/antique piece, there will be minor traces of use. Shipping is at no additional cost to you, so please take that into consideration when evaluating price.
