This Disney pin is in Great Condition as it is part of a collection & has been very well taken care of.  It will be wrapped in foam and mailed in a bubble mailer so that it gets to you in the same condition as which you see in the pictures. 2.    We are not the original owners of the non-beauty items we have for sale, therefore we do not know if the items are from a pet-free/smoke-free home nor do we know a lot about most of our used goods.  We purchase our items from various sources and do our very best to accurately research and describe the items. We are human and may make mistakes in our research, but we do our very best to keep that from happening.  All listings are described and pictured to the best of our abilities as we try to be as transparent as possible.

3.    We will state in the listing if we are selling our own personal items.

4.    We charge shipping on ALL non-beauty products unless otherwise stated. Shipping will be charged accordingly to the size and weight of the package which will include our handling fee for time & packing supplies.

5.    We typically ship all items via USPS Ground Service. However, the shipping carrier we use is solely at our discretion regardless of what shipping service is stated in the listing. The tracking will show you what shipping service we use.

6.    We ship all items within 1-2 business days of your purchase and provide a tracking number.  

7.    We generally try to recycle and use boxes and packaging supplies from shipments we receive from major chains and other online retailers.

8.    Information about the item you are purchasing is taken right off the item itself or from the item’s website or a website from a major retail chain.  Please understand that what you see is what you get.  We do our very best to accurately describe and take plenty of pictures of the items you are purchasing.

9.    Please be aware that the lighting may affect the actual color/shade of the item you are viewing. Typically it does vary by much as we try our best to take as many accurate pictures as possible. 

10.We do not accept returns, but should you encounter an issue with anything you purchase from us and prior to leaving any feedback, we ask that you please message us first to discuss so that we can help resolve the matter for you. We are more than happy to help and make things right as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We try our very best to answer all messages within 1 business day.
