This is a KA-BAR 5101 Snody Boss EDC fixed blade knife is in Mint condition. I bought it and then put on a paracord type handle on it. It can easily be taken off if you don't like it, but I left it on for the buyer to make up his own mind. Not great pictures but I am stuck with a handicap camera for now. See picture #6 for additional handles that come with it along with the hardware to do it. The blade is made of S35VN steel, which is known for its durability and corrosion resistance.  The knife also features a lanyard hole and includes a lanyard bead, along with a sheath. Made in the United States and the extra handles are made of Zytel material. This type of steel usually fetches a premium price because it's so rust resistant and still holds an edge that makes other steels seem inferior. To be fair I did notice a small cut in the sheath but it's on the inside and still very safe to carry. This knife was never used but I don't have the box for it. Please be fair warned that this type of edge is not like others and requires your respect or you will get cut from it, i.e. be very careful. Item usually ships the next day unless I'm out of town on business, which is usually no more than 2 days.
