MZ Austria Pink & White Daisies Antique Covered Vegetable Dish Circa 1891-1909
Antique Austrian porcelain covered vegetable dish with fancy relief molded foot
and handles with gold gilt highlights. Decorated with pink and white
daisies or similar flowers. Marked on the reverse M Z Austria.This mark
was used by Moritz Zdekauer between 1891 and 1909, after which
Hutschenreuther took over the company and changed the mark to M & Z
Altrohlau.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 11 7/8 inches long from handle to handle x 7 3/4 inches wide x 6 3/4 inches tall including the lid.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
