Crown Devon Hand Colored Pink Rose & Ribbon Black Faience 12" Vase C. 1913-1930

Pretty faience vase. Decorated with hand colored pink rose, small blue flowers and blue ribbons over an overall black background. Has gilding along the inside of the opening and the base. Marked on the bottom Crown devon SF & Co Stoke-On-Trent Wye with a registry number below. This mark was used by S. Fielding & Co between 1913 and 1930, though the initials were usually removed by 1917.

Has crazing typical of faience, wear to the gilding, and an approximately 3 inch  crack on the side of the vase, but otherwise good condition.

Measures approximately 5 1/4 inches wide x 12 inches tall.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
