This Japanese woman / geisha is a hard to find example of Marwal's series of chalkware busts of women from around the world. This statue has lovely delicate features, and her hair is intricately arranged. The back of the bust is incised with "1965, Marwal Ind. Inc. by Brower." They were made of plaster-of-paris and decorated in Brooklyn, New York.

She measures approximately 12" high, 7" wide, and 7" deep.

Very Good Condition: Very clean with no cracks or crazing. There is one very small chip on her shoulder, and one tiny flake on the back. Please see photos for details.
