This is a gorgeous American Brilliant Period low bowl, probably made by Elmira. It has large hobstars and curving lines characteristic of their patterns. The blank is beautifully clear and sparkling, and the cutting is lovely.

The plate is approximately 8" in diameter and about 1 3/4" high. It weighs about 2.75 lb. without packing materials. I wasn't able to find a signature.

Good Condition: There are some signs of wear to the teeth, including two missing teeth, and there's one very small chip on the underside of the bowl. There are no cracks, clouding, or significant scratches. Please see photos for details.
