It is physically in what appears to be brand new condition. There's not a mark on it and no signs of it being mounted or used. There was a note with it reading, "Camera does not connect to PC. Bosch IP Utility finds it, but cannot log on. Tried hard reset with button on camera to no avail." We don't have the capability to test it or diagnose it ourselves to determine if this camera is OK. It looks perefect and brand new, but because of this we are selling it as-is for parts/repair. It comes with everything shown. These are normally $3000-4000.
