2 x Multicoloured Floral Curtains 

This fabric is really pretty. The flowers are primarily soft oranges and purples with green foliage. They look as if they have been painted on the fabric and have a fair amount of detail. Lovely. They are on a background of grey/beige.  

The material has a slightly textured surface, like a good cotton/linen. The material holds its shape nicely when pleated or gathered. It feels like nice quality material, but as I have no label or information on a selvedge, I can't provide the fabric specification.

These curtains are lined. If you require extra warmth it is easy to buy or make a detachable lining which simply attaches to the existing pencil pleat header tape with normal curtain hooks. You can buy these as fleece, blackout etc...

They have been cleaned prior to listing. 

Header Type: The header tape is in decent working condition with intact cords.  

Fabric Measurements (unpleated): Each curtain is 154cm width x 162cm drop or the online converter states this is 61 inches x  64 inches drop. The hem is 5cm if you are thinking of lengthening. 

Modifications or repairs made: I relined the curtains, put new header tapes at the top and re-measured, re-pinned then re-hemmed one curtain where the whole bottom had come loose.

Flaws noted: On inspection, to the front I found a couple of yellowish marks. Hard to spot due to the pattern, but there nevertheless.

To the back of one curtain I found a couple of white paint marks and some minor marks.

Terms of Sale

• All curtains are preloved. Many are vintage so there may be small or superficial marks from previous use which you may notice on unpacking, but when hung, these are not usually noticeable. Fabric is checked and any notable snags, fading, discolouration or other imperfections are photographed/described.
• All curtains are cleaned using gentle cleaning methods -  steam treatment/machine hand wash plus fabric conditioner prior to listing unless otherwise stated. Your curtain/s may benefit from more intensive treatment on receipt but I would warn against following old label instructions - some fabric deteriorates over time and you may cause rips, tears and holes by using out of date washing instructions (I have accidentally done this myself!).
• I attempt to represent the colour fairly, but light at the time of taking photos alters colours and the shade/hue may differ on your screen to mine, so please do not expect an exact match, this is impossible.
• Width measurements are taken with the material unpleated and laid flat, a metal measuring tape is then applied just above the hem. An online converter is used to change to inches so please be aware that this is not 100% accurate. Pinch pleat curtains have fixed header tape that cannot be expanded or gathered so here I take additional measurements at the top.
• Please ensure you have enough material to dress your door/window. There are guides online to help calculate this. I do not accept returns because your curtains do not fit. 
• Sorry, but I don't end auction-listed items early unless absolutely necessary.
• Tassels are for photography purposes only.

• Recycled packaging will be used.
• Items are dispatched within 2 days of auction end. If faster shipping is required, please message, I will do my best. 
• Items will be sent via courier. 
• Items over £20 will be sent with guaranteed delivery cover, insurance (included) and will require a  signature.
• If you are located off the UK mainland (including the Channel and Scottish Isles), please contact before bidding for accurate shipping costs - these are likely to be over and above UK standard courier rates. I will do my best to get you a good quote. 
• I will ship overseas but only using the Ebay Global platform.
• You are welcome to collect at a convenient time for both of us.

Returns

Simply contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item explaining your wish to return it and the reason why, along with photographs of the discrepancy identified. Any agreed returns must be returned in the same condition they were received by you within 30 days.
