Thanks for considering purchasing from American-classic-coins. I will always stand by any coins you buy from me. Everything is 100% guaranteed to be genuine. I sell certified and un-certifed coins mostly just on Ebay. Grading is subjective, but I often give my opinion on the basic grade of my un-certified coins. I have been collecting for over 40 years, so I do my best to give you accurate grading. I always provide many pictures to view to make the final decision on the grade. I have a 14 day return policy that allows you to return any purchase at full purchase price if not satisfied. I cannot offer free returns due to high selling fees, and low margins in this industry. So you must pay return shipping fee with tracking number, unless something is obviously my fault, and I will gladly refund all shipping cost.  

Order Handling Time

• Order will usually ship within 1 Business Day.

Estimated Delivery Dates

• Estimated Delivery Dates are determined by eBay and are provided at the time your order is placed.
• Delivery transit times vary depending upon destination, shipping method and service level.

 Shipping Address

• eBay requires that Sellers only ship to the Address provided when the Order was placed.

Carrier

• All shipments will go out by USPS.
• All packages will ship USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on size and value.

Expedite Shipping is not offered due to quick turnaround time on our end. Sometimes packages are shipped within a couple of hours after purchase is made at the method stated in original listing.

• Orders valued at $750 or more are shipped with Signature Confirmation required.
• If you are not available to receive your Signature Confirmation shipment and it is Returned To Sender you will be subject to a Reship Fee.

Tracking Numbers

• All Orders are shipped with a Tracking Number.
• You will receive an automated Ship Notification email message from eBay with Carrier and Tracking information when your Order has shipped.

Carrier Delays

• We are not responsible for Carrier Delays due to operating issues such as bad weather, mechanical failures, or other service level disruptions.

 Insurance

• All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the Confirmed Shipping Address.
• In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit please contact us through eBay messaging in order to initiate a Claim.

Claims  

• If your package has been Confirmed as Delivered by the Carrier, but you do not believe you received the package, please contact the Carrier directly.
