Methylated & active B-vitamin complex

Contains active b-vitamins (important for those with MTHFR genetic variants):

  • Folate as L-[6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the body-ready form. Folate is better absorbed than folic acid (found in most supplements) and avoids undesirable accumulation in those with the MTHFR genetic mutation

High absorption minerals & bioavailable vitamin D3

We use the optimally absorbed, fully reacted and chelated zinc and copper glycinate. While there are two forms of vitamin D, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is better absorbed and utilized and is significantly more biologically effective than vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol).
