This issue is from May 1975 featuring the 1st appearance of Gwen Stacy's clone in "The Delusion Conspiracy" by Gerry Conway, Ross Andru, Frank Giacoia, and Dave Hunt.  Graded in lower grade good - very good condition due to wear and the centerfold detached from the bottom staple.  It DOES have the Volstagg Marvel Value Stamp.
