Proven to have greater transfer to sports than conventional deadlift.

Dual handles allow for ease of use for people of different heights or pulling low-high handle for more Quad-Hamstring emphasis.

Also great for Farmers Walks, Split Squats, Lunges etc.

Longer than normal loading sleeves (which do not rotate) allow room for plenty of plates, even bumper plates. However, its compact size compared to barbell and its unique benefits make it ideal for a home gym.

Another great feature is the built in loading jack - simply up end the bar onto the feet using the handle for ease of (un)loading plates.

Used in a private training facility for just 6 months (due to the amount it can be loaded to and the ease of loading with the jack) - it is in great condition and only selling due to upgrading equipment.

Note: Not compatible for use in a Power Rack such as the huge Rogue Trap Bar, but is far higher quality than most of the affordable Trap Bars.

Loading sleeves can be unbolted for transport.
