Discounts for Multiple-Item Purchases

Step 1: add the items to your cart (instead of checking them out one by one )

Step 2: select the same shipping method for all the items, i.e. first class, parcel select, priority, etc. 

Step 3: you should be able to see the shipping discount as well as the multiple-item discount reflected in the total. Make sure you try priority & parcel select, as sometimes they can be cheaper for heavier items

International Purchases

Please note that we do not cover the costs of customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. should there be any. These charges would be buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking these regulations in your country prior to bidding or buying. Items will be marked as merchandise & at the purchase price (excluding shipping).

Shipping Address & Gift Purchases

We are obligated to ship to the address used during checkout, so please double check before payment. Our packing slip does not include prices, and free basic gift wrapping is available. Please include such requests in your message during the checkout process. 

Shipping With / Without Original Boxes

For some shoe items, shipping without the original shoe box would have a lower shipping cost due to the reduced package weight. These items, when shipped without the original box, will be mailed in a padded mailer to achieve savings as well as to reduce carbon footprint and environmental impact.

Returns & Refunds

Domestic returns are accepted within 30 days. Items need to be in the original condition. After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund (less original shipping) would be issued through eBay to the original payment method.
