We send our items by Australia Post using their Satchels where applicable and boxes when needed and with Authority To Leave (ATL)

Once payment has been made no changes can be made.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure their delivery address details are correct at time of purchase as no changes can be made after item is paid for.

Please note that our policy is to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. If we can not dispatch your order we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Once the item is posted, it is then out of our control. Deliveries can take up to 7-15 days with some remote areas taking longer.
