Acquired at an estate sale in an affluent community in the City of College Place, 3 miles west of Walla Walla in Walla Walla County, SE Washington State. 

Owner assured me, and I found his report to be credible, that this item was purchased new and had never been used. Condition is New in original manufacturer's green and black bag. Seller did not want to compromise listed NEW condition and therefore did not open the bag to inspect or construct tent.
