Pages are crisp and some pages contain underlined or marked area’s under the numbers of the chapters in the book. Please see photos. Some foxing, spots on pages due to age.

I see no torn or loose pages except for the blank front sheets, but I may have missed some. It appears that the previous owner scratched out a few words on the title page.
