Service Time Frame

Eligibility Criteria
- Your phone can NOT be a Prepaid phone.
- Your Samsung device must be fully paid off.
- Your device must be out of contract.
- All associated AT&T bills must be cleared.
- Your phone needs to have a Clean status.
