Product performance:
1. This product is made of polyimide film as the base material and coated with high temperature resistant silica gel. The color is brown (amber), with good viscosity, good conformability, high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, no tin penetration and no glue residue. .
2. The product has good electrical properties: short-term temperature resistance of 300℃, long-term temperature resistance of 250℃.
3. High insulation, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, low electrolysis, good mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and tear resistance.
4. Special adhesive treatment, strong adhesion, leaving no residue on the masked surface after tearing off.
 
The main purpose:
1. Mainly used in spray painting, baking varnish, sealing, footwear, packaging and fixing, construction and decoration industries.
2. Used as high temperature insulation winding for transformers, motors, coils, capacitors and variable frequency power supplies in the electronics industry.
3. It is suitable for shielding and protecting gold fingers during the process of printed circuit board (PCB), SMT tin furnace and wave soldering.
4. Electrical insulation protection and positive and negative electrode fixation of lithium battery.
5. Suitable for welding protection.
6. Manufacturing and bundling of lithium batteries for mobile phones.
