Original CDV of a deceased boy with a blanket across his lap. No location but it is accompanied with a scan of some family info, which will be included. I believe he was most likely a son of William Henry Applegate, and a brother of Dr. William Lorette Applegate. The note also says taken about 1860-1861, though the stamp on the back dates it to 1864-1866... and if you look carefully you will see that this is a period copy CDV of a tintype, so the original tintype was probably made in 1861 and this CDV c.1865.

The CDV is 4" x 2.5" and in very good or better antique condition.
