Shipping
- Most items FedEx Ground
- Orders are packed 5 business days after payment excluding Holidays & weekends; and ship once FedEx picks up. Orders pending shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the 5th business day has passed.
- We can not ship to PO Box addresses
- We ship to the address on your account. Once the item ships out, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or miss delivered packages. You may contact Fed Ex for help.
- We can not ship to Puerto Rico
Customer Service

- We will answer questions Monday-Friday 9am - 4:30pm Eastern Time
- When a ticket is closed, it simply means we have responded to you. It does not mean we aren't handling the issue/concern.
- Tickets created on the same day an item ends may not be answered before the item closes.
Returns and Refunds
- We do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item was damaged in shipping or if the item was incorrectly described.
- Return/refund requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the item. We will approve the return/refund up to 7 days after initial contact.
- We reserve the right to approve/deny any return/refund requests. .
- Items that are returned must be in their original listed condition. Items that have been altered will not be refunded.
- In the event a refund is granted, we will only refund the amount the item was purchased for, not the value of the item. If one or few items in a lot are being refunded, you will be granted a partial calculated refund.
- Bid retraction or cancelation will be approved based on site-wide history.
