This is an older piece, stamped "STERLING"

beautiful piece with bezel set round faceted amethyst gemstone

Lover's knot is 1 inch with the amethyst set in the middle. The opening of the cuff is 1 1/8" but it has some give and will open bigger for a larger hand.
