This is a nice Low grade copy. Several creases, there is a major mis-cut to the book from the factory (see image)

I do not work for CGC or any other grading company. Here is an explanation of my estimate:

High Grade – VF to NM, 7.5 to 9.0

Mid Grade – VG to Fine, 4.0 to 7.0

Low Grade – Good or below, 3.5 or below

The book has been conserved, including: deacidification bath, tear seal repairs (Tengujo paper). 

Notes on conservation: CGC considers these processes conservation (not restoration - purple label, you will get a blue label conserved grade).
