Postage
I do offer reduced
postage for multiple orders, please message me before making payment so I can
amend your invoice accordingly.
Discounts
I add new
items most days so if you see anything else you are interested in please let me
know as I do offer discounts for multiple purchases made at the same time, as
well as combined postage.
Shipping
Items will
be dispatched using Evri within 3 working days (usually sooner) and the
tracking number uploaded to your order. If you would like next day
delivery an extra postage will be payable.
All items
are sent tracked giving you that extra level of security and you can nominate a
safe place/neighbour via the Evri website if you are not going to be home.
If you would
like the parcel sent via Royal Mail rather than Evri please contact me first.
The item
will be wrapped securely and I reuse packaging supplies whenever I can.
Sorry no
home collections
Please note that Evri does
not deliver to some addresses including Jersey and the Channel
Islands. Please ask for postage quote and I will send with an
alternative courier if possible.
For remote postcode
locations which includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle
of Man the courier charges an extra£2.65. A paypal invoice will be
sent for the surcharge to be paid.
Global
Shipping Programme – International Buyers
International shipping
is available through the Global Shopping Programme. This is carried out through
Ebay, I simply send your package to the shipping centre to be forwarded to
yourself. Ebay set the prices therefore these can’t be combined - this is out
of my hands I am afraid. No international returns.
Returns
If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your item please contact me within 7 days of delivery
and I will work hard to resolve any issues. I will try to respond to your query
within 24 hours. All returns must be in the same condition as sent and
unworn/unused. Return postage is not refundable. For
hygiene reasons no returns on beauty products.
