The is for a 245 page paperback design style book featuring a comprehensive guide to the design, construction, and operation of a layout for Lionel Trains based on operating O and O-27 gauge trains. The book is in nice condition considering it's age 1984 and does not appear heavily used. The pages do not have any pen/pencil writing and all attached to the spine of the book. The cover has a price written on top right corner near K-1. The book cover appears to have some white color yellowish marks as well as pages with some discoloration primarily along the outer area where it is more exposed. This can over time with age and storage. Overall the book may have some normal wear, tear, marks, creases and bended areas due to use, age and storage.
