Pre-owned.  Some repairs have been made over the years of use. The signal light on the top has been re-glued into place and there is a chip at the base (but to me, it looks like snow on the roof).  The glue is evident under the suitcases, trash case, and cart.  The cord / switch / light for Illumination is missing.
