French Paris Hand Painted Watteau Scene Flowers & Raised Gold Tray C. 1890s

Nice antique porcelain scroll shaped tray. Decorated with a hand painted Watteau scene with two ladies and a gentleman and hand painted flowers in pink, purple, red, and blue framed by raised gold scrollwork. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse with a blue overglaze crossed mark with an H. I have seen the same mark before with France below. The way the flowers are painted and the way the raised gilding is done also indicates this was decorated in Paris France. Circa 1890s.

Has a lot of wear to the gilding and two chips to the edge.

Measures approximately 10 1/8 inches long x 3 1/2 inches wide x 1 inch tall.
