Collectible Vintage Purple Fan Design Shaped Clip-On Earrings

The Earrings are made of some kind of heavy

not sure what kind of metal it is. 

It has a fan like design in a round circle 

the middle has a silver half ring 

then around the edges there is silver around the edge

the back silver and they are clip-on earring backs.

imprinted on clip-on says (Alice)

size is not quite 1 inches around.
