Our Basement was nicknamed Tel's Toy box by my other half as it is filled with storage boxes filled mainly with Model Kits ,Toys and games of all descriptions obtained of the last 6 decades by firstly my dad followed by my brother and myself .

Model kits make up a large part of the collection but every now and then I unearth a selection of model railway items collected by my dad I cannot remember a time he did not have a layout of some kind so many items are vintage or decades old others more recent .

We have family in the states and my dads brother was just as keen on model railways as dads was though more so in HO scale and along the way my dad did put a few HO scale trainsets together IN Canadian & American railroad liveries as he brought a good few boxes of rolling stock back from the USA with him after visiting my uncles family.

I have just found a box full of some of these HO items some dating back to the 1970/80's and all in original boxes
