This Legend Evora coal effect, manual control, balanced flue gas fire. It has a stylish "black nickel" finish around the magnetic trim and fret.

It is just a little over 3 years old and has had very little use due to central heating being on most of the time. It is in perfect working order. It is only for sale because we've had a media wall built.

As you can see from the photos, it cost us £1108 including fitting in October 2020.

It comes with the manual and you can see the dimensions from the photo attached.

There is a small amount of rust bubbling on the upper grille above the glass. It's not obvious in the room rather than bright sunlight as pictured but it would be easy to give it a rub down and paint with black enamel.
