I have looked the Original Pre WW2 Rare Collectable Early 1931 Kellys Directory Of Berkshire & Oxfordshire over and there is wear to the inside pages and tear to the Multiple Maps and to the external directory covering as to be expected when in relation to the usage and displayable age. Directory contains its original period advertisements. The external spine and covering surrounds has wear to them as well.
