Shipping Policy:

• If ordering this Alternator Voltage Regulator, it Will ship out by USPS Ground Advantage. All shipments will be processed immediately after successful payment is made and will usually ship out within 1-2 days of cleared payment, same day in some cases. All Shipments are done Monday-Friday. If item is ordered on the weekend, will not ship out until the following Monday. Orders placed a day before a holiday or on a holiday will not be shipped out until the day after the holiday. Tracking information will be sent to you once the shipping label is made. Please note that once a shipment is shipped, I have no control over the amount of time it takes to get to you, shipments sometimes are delayed due to weather or other unforeseen event. Most shipments should arrive within 3-10 days.

Return Policy:

• If you need to return this item for whatever reason, please do so within 14 days after you receive the item. Please contact me first before returning the item. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you in, Alternator Voltage Regulator must be new and unopened and must include all packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless an error was made on my part. Once the item is received and inspected, a cancellation request will be made and once completed, the refund will be processed.
